How we Work Together

We look at your most pressing need for more health and wellness in any particular area of your life. We explore diet, lifestyle, and mental / emotional changes and guide you through perceived obstacles and challenges. From there we develop a step-by-step lifestyle plan how you can move forward on your own with occasional check-ins and support to correct or deepen your personal practice.

PACKAGE Sessions

Silver Package – 3 Weeks

  • Three 40 min sessions (3 sessions)
  • Assessment of Individual Lifestyle & Stress Level
  • Bring Ayurvedic or Yogic understanding to one issue
  • Design a lifestyle practice for 21 days

Gold Package – 3 Months

  • Three 40 min sessions per month for 3 months (9 sessions)
  • Assessment of Individual Lifestyle & Stress Level
  • Bring Ayurvedic & Yogic understanding to the issues
  • Physical adjustments to yoga routine
  • Introduction to Meditation
  • Discussion of perceived challenges
  • Design a lifestyle practice for 3 months

Platinum Package – 6 to 12 Months 

  • Three 40 min sessions per month for 6 to 12 months (18 to 36 sessions)
  • Assessment of Individual Lifestyle & Stress Level
  • Bring Ayurvedic & Yogic understanding to multiple issues
  • Physical adjustments to yoga routine
  • Introduction to Meditation
  • Release of limiting beliefs & alignment to new programming
  • Guidance through perceived obstacles & challenges
  • Design a lifestyle practice for 6 to 12 months

All lifestyle coaching sessions are conveniently held via Zoom or by telephone. In person sessions are only upon special request.
